To celebrate the launch of the Frans Hal exhibition we carefully crafted a Dutch menu to compliment the exhibition. It was an exquisite dinner for 70 guests in the Barry Rooms with dishes including‘’Onion Tart’’ – Warm White Onion Tart w/ Terschellinger Schapenkaas.
