The Brief...
50 of the industry's finest were treated to a bespoke menu developed by our team. A 6 course Spanish tasting menu was curated and paired with some of the world's finest wines including dishes such as Pedro Ximénez braised ox cheek, celeriac purée, pickled fennel & jus and Galician octopus, smoked sweet potato parmentière, green mojo and Pimentón de la Vera.
