Chivas Regal 25 Legends Dinner

Craft, legends & ageing were the key words running through this event. Sushi carved with a Samurai sword and the finest 5J Acorn Fed Jamon Iberico - this was only the intro for the Chivas 25 Legends Dinner. The guests were taken on an immersive journey of fantastic food, fine wine, cocktails & of course plenty of Chivas 25 culminating in a fine DJ set from the legend that is Sir Norman Jay. From the choice of Whipped Butters; Smoked or Salted, witht their artisan breads to the Lobster Consomme or Veloute with their Native Langoustine starter it was all about given guest the opportunity to customise their meal at every step. This continued through the main course that included freshly shaved Perigord Truffle over their Chips that accompanied  their 45 Day Aged Red Ruby beef. This amazing piece of meat had been aged specifically for us on a family farm in North Devon and was cooked over wood chips on a Big Green Egg BBQ before being ceremoniously brought into the dining area and carved in front of the guests.

Ralph Lauren

When Ralph Lauren were launching their new range of fragrances, Big Pony, they approached Timebased to organise the press launch. Looking for creative ideas which would incorporate the fragrance notes and colours into the catering, as well as highlight the classic New York feel of the Ralph Lauren brand, Timebased contacted the-recipe. We put together an NYC themed canapé menu which included Cajun spiced popcorn chicken with blue cheese dipping sauce, Spoons of shrimp cocktail with classic American dressing and beignets of truffled macaroni cheese. Bespoke cocktails were offered throughout the day which were perfectly matched to the notes and colours of each  of the four  perfumes, and the branding was completed with coloured macaroons in the four colours of the bottles. Timebased continued the branding across the event, with activities designed for each perfume, including manicures, flower arranging and a fresh juice bar. The final flourish was a specially branded frozen yoghurt tricycle, accompanied by an array of pink toppings to match the pink perfume – the perfect indulgent finish to a great event!

Hugo Boss Summer Party

Hosted at the uber-chic Saatchi Gallery, Hugo Boss celebrated it's 40th year in the UK.

With three very different rooms reflecting the multi layered brand guests sipped on cocktails including the-recipe's own summer punch flavoured with rhubarb.

Renowned DJ and producer Kasper Bjorke was spinning the perfect summer party tunes and Fisher Production created the stylish backdrop.

Omega

We were engaged to launch the new Omega Store in Westfield the largest in Europe. The high profile crowd enjoyed molecular cocktails, themed canapés, customised macaroons and an exclusive performance from chart-topper Professor Green.
