Freud Communications

At the beginning of March the-recipe undertook the launch of “Speakers for Schools” in The Darwin Centre at The Natural History Museum.

The primary mission of speakers for schools is to supply every state secondary school in the country and their pupils with free inspirational talks by top people. 
To help teachers to inspire and motivate the next generation by providing them with access to brilliant and eminent speakers. 

200 guests were treated to canapés and cocktails in the stunning Darwin centre atrium before the official launch.

Frieze Art Fair Dinner

This was a high end dinner for 180 guests at One Marylebone. The reception was held in the galleries and guests were treated to a food experience including nitrogen ice cream, foie gras toothpaste and canapes. After making their way downstairs into the stunning main hall guests dined on lamb canon & rib with grilled baby courgette, fevs and smoked tomato jam followed by a milk chocolate & liquorice dessert.

CTF Partners

CTF Partners hosted an evening of champagne and canapes at the celebrated Fleming Collection in Mayfair. Guests enjoyed fois gras, crispy pork belly, black cod and tuna tartar. Key speaker for the evening was Boris Johnson.

Petroleum Group

The museum closed to the public at 6pm and it was all systems go to erect & cloth 63 dining tables, position 630 chairs and lay the tables for the imminent arrival of guests at 7.o0pm. Champagne & canapes were served in Waterhouse Way before guests made their way to the iconic Central Hall for the awards ceremony & dinner. The team of 18 chefs,  65 food service & 35 wine waiters ensured the  3 course dinner was served to the 630 guests in 2 hours and  included a hot starter of Crisp Cod, Tamarind & Lime Salad & Goan Curry Veloute.
