EAGE

It was an honour to cater the biggest event of any format event to be held at the Natural History Museum in 20 years of event activity.

The 3,000 guests of EAGE had access to the vast majority of the ground floor of the museum and dined on 12,000 canapés, 9,000 bowl foods a huge number of Food Stations ranging from a Keralan Lamb Raan Slider Bar to an Urban Picnic and even a Seafood Pop-Up Restaurant and a Popcorn Bar

The event spanned two years from enquiry to execution and was a momentous occasion for the company

Beyond Advertising Global Client Event

‘The next five years will hold more change for the advertising industry than the previous fifty did’. James Morris, Head of Mediacom Beyond Advertising EMEA began. Global clients convened at One Marylebone to dig into these words and present insight. the-recipe was brought in to create & deliver out of the box catering concepts to match the magnitude of this event. Working with hugely respected chef Ban Spalding we produced a version of Ben's Stripped Back concept for 200 guests during their 1 hour lunch break.

MASK Events – International Corporate Client

During April we undertook three large scale events over consecutive nights for the fabulous event agency MASK and their corporate client from America.

On the Thursday night we were at the majestic Victoria & Albert Museum for the opener where we greeted 500 guests with summer cocktails and wonderful selection of our award winning canapés.

On Thursday night we rolled into the Royal Courts of Justice for a fantastically gothic feeling evening in the grand arches. Guests were treated to Champagne followed by tours of some of the courts before having a standing supper of bowl food and dessert canapés, they particularly liked our

The final night saw us execute a magnificent banquet at The Guildhall for 620. Being the last night this was the gala dinner for our American guests before they jetted back to Washington. They were not disappointed, not only did the venue provide an exquisite back drop but the food we delivered was certainly fit for such an occasion.

By the time we said goodbye our American clients were a little worse for wear but said that the three days had been a massive success. Well done team!
